To reserve a date for your wedding, please contact us to verify that the date is available.  Download the Wedding Package Contract and Standard Terms, complete it, and return it to us.  A deposit is required to hold your date.  If you have any questions about the contract and terms, please contact us.

Locations:  If you want your wedding held on the beach outside of your condominium, hotel or house, please inform the owner/manager of your plans and make sure this is okay with the owner/manager or condominium association.  If you want your wedding on a public beach, please be aware that certain locations may require a usage permit or a fee permit if you wish to use a pavilion.  Some permit fees are based on number of guests. Some locations require a reservation for the use of pavilions, some are first-come first-served basis.  Some locations require a usage permit for groups of 50 or more.  Although there are many beach areas that do not require a fee or permit for usage for a small wedding, just a few are unavailable right now due to continuing restoration following Hurricane Ivan in September, 2004 and Hurricane Dennis and Katrina in August, 2005.  Many areas require an entry fee per vehicle.  All park entry fees will be the responsibility of the vehicle driver.  All fee permits are the responsibility of the contracting party. If you wish White Sands Weddings to obtain the permit and pay the fee, there will be a $50 processing charge added to the invoice in addition to the actual fee amount.
